Your role at XACROS

We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our marketing operations team so we can run at our fullest potential. In collaboration with our sales team, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with customers and explaining to them about our services in order to increase schools' adoption of XACROS.

With the ability to significantly impact the growth of our business, you’ll need to have the skills to succeed in a fast-paced and everchanging environment and execute independently on day-to-day requirements. This position is remote and field-based.

About you

You are passionate about improving education — with strong empathy for customers (KEY).
You have over a year’s experience in field-based marketing.
You are an incredible listener and can naturally earn the trust and support of others.
You are comfortable even in ambiguous situations and love problem solving.
You have an intuition for marketing and be able to contribute in cross-functional meetings.

What you'll do

Creating awareness and advocacy for XACROS to various communities.
Driving more schools' adoption of XACROS by explaining to them about our services.
Work cross-functionally with our sales and support teams to onboard new schools onto XACROS.
